Something a bit different for you guys.. I recently picked up a few things in Topshop & thought it would be more fun to show you guys via video than just the usual photo & text. So I hope you enjoy.

Im Sorry for being abit MIA as of late.. Mainly due to the fact Im due to leave for Oz in 5days & I have yet to sort out a thing!!

Also I have had what feels like 58294451 leaving dos (Which dont get me wrong have been amazing & Lovely.. But they have kept me more than busy) but have given me ideas for new blog posts so watch out for them.

Ok so I know this is a Travel blog but I also love fashion.. So I thought why not combine the two along with my other interest Photography which Im sure you will see more of when I touch down in Oz.

Im in love with this Topshop Jumper & I have been wearing it to its death lately.. Im pretty sure it will pop up once or twice or more in up and coming outfit posts.

(Travel Update)

I have under two weeks left in the UK now.. & Im starting to twiddle my thumbs now.. I had my last shift at my second Job on Saturday night.. So now Im jobless & just counting down the days.. To be honest Im still not actually ready.. I have many more things to pack & purchase. I think when you get to the two week mark thats when the actual countdown begins.. I got my flight tickets today aswell, So it begins my journey to the other side of the world is fast approaching.

Packing Dilemma

Packing.. I now dislike that word.

Im currently in the process of packing for my trip to Australia.. Thought packing for a weeks holiday was bad.. having to pack for an entire year is insane.. I literally have no clue where to start..

I, like many have the issue of overpacking.. Yes I take too much all the time. Doesnt matter if it's an overnight.. few days or a weeks vacation. I cant help it. However Im trying to be sensible about it this time, as the thought of dragging around so much baggage slightly kills me.

Although I havent manged to whittle it down to what Im actually taking yet, Im sure I will soon enough.. & I think when I do Im going to make a couple of more in depth posts // Such as whats in my ~~bag~~ or suitcase rather type post & tips on packing backpack style & for long periods of time. So look out for those.

Camera Ready // Part One

Recently I came in contact with the Diana F+ Mini Camera //

For those who dont know the Diana is what they call a Lomography camera.. plastic body. plastic lens & uses film.. & for those who are even more interested click on the link to go to the Lomography website.

Anyway.. I am planning on taking this camera over to Oz with me as well as my Nikon // For more on the Nikon See Part Two.. (Coming Soon)

I am currently half way through my first film.. So Im slightly nervous & excited to see how the film develops.. When I do develop it I shall of course show you the results good ~~or bad~~

I thought it best I do a test film before I leave to get my head around 1// Using a film camera & 2// The Diana itself..

So far I love this camera.. I got the Mini because it suited me far better whilst travelling.. but I guess when I return I shall upgrade to the big sister Diana F+ & I shall also purchase the Instant back which pretty much turns your camera in to a polaroid camera.. Because unfortunately this doesnt fit on to the Mini as shes too small.. Otherwise this would be yet another thing in my already overpacked suitcase.

For those of you who are into photography and for those who aren't and wanted to try something abit different. I highly recommend looking into Lomography.. The best thing about it is you can rarely go wrong.

& Remember the 10 rules of Lomography //

1.Take your camera everywhere you go

2.Use it any time – day and night

3.Lomography is not an interference in your life, but part of it

4.Try the shot from the hip

5.Approach the objects of your Lomographic desire as close as possible

6.Don't think

7.Be fast

8.You don't have to know beforehand what you captured on film

9.Afterwards either

10.Don't worry about any rules

The To Do List

My to do list seems to be getting longer instead of shorter, how this has happend I do not know..

I only have 25 days & however many hours left in the Uk.. Am I ready?! Lets be honest no. No Im not, but I have started arranging my leaving do.. which has somehow turned in to leaving do's.. There are so many people to say bye to.. Work leaving do.. Family leaving do. Friends leaving do.. All adding to my things to sort before I leave.. Why not? I think Im going to have that bitter sweet feeling, you know.. The I dont want to leave but then again I really do. I am so so so excited about this experience but being young I havent got a clue how to look after myself really, not going to lie. Lets say this is going to be such an eye opener to me.

G' Day/Hello

This is pretty much going to be a blog // diary of my life down under..

Im going for one year on a working holiday visa all by myself. Only being nineteen its safe to say I haven't ever done anything like this before, So we shall see how I get on, Shall we.

This blogging idea is mainly going to be a way for my friends and family to see what Im up to whilst Im away but Im hoping it may be of some help to other people who are thinking about or who are about to go travelling.
